TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Long Island, NY

Salary: $100,000 base pay per year

What you will do

  • Lead system launches and establish robotic therapies as the preferred treatment options in the territory.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas by driving procedural volume growth within existing and new accounts.
  • Develop comprehensive territory and account plans, including accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with surgeons, OR teams, KOLs, and hospital stakeholders.
  • Partner with Clinical and Capital teams to ensure seamless execution of pre- and post-installation phases.
  • Provide case coverage support and integrate into surgeon practices to optimize patient pathways.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in OR-based medical devices sales.
  • Proven success driving procedural adoption and meeting sales quotas.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing complex hospital selling environments.
  • Ability to work within clinical operating rooms and travel throughout Long Island, NY.
