Salary: Base $85k - 100k (Plus Incentive Compensation and company vehicle)

What you will do

  • Lead high-value capital sales cycles, including needs assessment, demonstrations, and negotiation.
  • Act as a clinical expert and strategic advisor to neurosurgeons and hospital leadership.
  • Provide advanced intraoperative support and in-service education for cranial implant procedures.
  • Navigate hospital value analysis committees (VAC) and capital review boards for contracting.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert competitive accounts to expand product adoption.
  • Manage accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and territory analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of medical device sales experience.
  • Proven experience with Operating Room (OR) based selling.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Must reside within the North and South Houston regions.
  • Must comply with healthcare customer vaccination and credentialing requirements.
