What you will do

• Lead the product value stream from quotation through customer acceptance, including pricing and margin analysis.
• Manage the annual budget and P&L drivers to ensure optimal availability and budgetary performance.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean best practices to eliminate waste and optimize flow.
• Oversee Project Managers and coordinate complex projects across multiple functional areas.
• Collaborate with sales to develop strategies for profitable sales volume.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and succession planning for value stream employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering; master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering or project management.
• Proven experience in leadership roles and managing budgets.
• Strong knowledge of Lean techniques and manufacturing policies.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems (MAPICS/Sales Logix preferred).
• Must be based in Phillips, WI
