What you will do
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with clinicians, distributors, and retail partners.
- Develop and execute territory-specific business plans and channel marketing campaigns.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through a team-selling approach.
- Conduct in-service training, product demonstrations, and on-site visits to healthcare facilities.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and use CRM tools like Salesforce for communication and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 8-12 years of related experience, including at least 8 years in Medical Surgical product sales.
- Experience selling to distributors, hospitals, home health, or B2B environments.
- Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil and able to travel frequently (30-50% including overnight stays).
