What you will do

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with clinicians, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific business plans and channel marketing campaigns.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through a team-selling approach.
  • Conduct in-service training, product demonstrations, and on-site visits to healthcare facilities.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and use CRM tools like Salesforce for communication and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 8-12 years of related experience, including at least 8 years in Medical Surgical product sales.
  • Experience selling to distributors, hospitals, home health, or B2B environments.
  • Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil and able to travel frequently (30-50% including overnight stays).

Nice to have

  • Prior people management experience.
