What you will do

• Provide advanced expertise in practice management, including entrepreneurial mindset, client value creation, and organic growth.
• Lead the Financial Management strategic imperative, helping advisors understand compensation, profit distribution, and enterprise value.
• Design and deliver interactive workshops and one-to-one consulting for top advisors and large practices.
• Create educational training content and toolkit resources on P&L management, equity-based ownership, and revenue sharing.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Society Concierge teams to support advisor coaching programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in financial services with knowledge of risk and wealth management products.
• 5+ years of experience in business/practice management coaching and consulting.
• 3+ years of experience working with advisors on corporate structures and compensation arrangements.
• Must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprinted background check to qualify under FINRA.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Nice to have

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or coaching certification such as RCC.
• Experience working in both the wealth management and insurance industries.
• Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous business situations and deliver complex technical consulting.
