Salary: $117,000 – $158,000

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of operational, strategic, and data management consulting engagements.
• Serve as the primary client-facing consultant, building relationships with stakeholders from the boardroom to the shop floor.
• Conduct on-site assessments and strategic sessions to drive client success.
• Assess performance issues, develop improvement plans, and execute strategic actions.
• Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership teams and boards of directors.
• Drive new business development and sustain current client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management.
• 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations or strategic consulting.
• Proven ability to manage client engagements and lead project teams.
• Strong research, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel 75% of the time for client engagements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with traditional lean manufacturing tools (Value Stream Mapping, Quick Changeover, Standard Work).
