Salary: $117,000 – $158,000

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of operational, strategic, and data management consulting engagements.
- Serve as the primary client-facing consultant, building relationships with stakeholders from the boardroom to the shop floor.
- Conduct on-site assessments and strategic sessions to drive client success.
- Assess performance issues, develop improvement plans, and execute strategic actions.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership teams and boards of directors.
- Drive new business development and sustain current client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management.
- 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations or strategic consulting.
- Proven ability to manage client engagements and lead project teams.
- Strong research, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel 75% of the time for client engagements.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Experience with traditional lean manufacturing tools (Value Stream Mapping, Quick Changeover, Standard Work).
