TL;DR

Director, Sales (Martech): Leading and scaling the sales organization across the EMEA region with an accent on mid-market and early enterprise accounts. Focus on coaching account executives in value-based selling, optimizing outbound pipeline generation, and executing strategic regional territory plans.

Location: Remote (EMEA)

Salary: $335,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Lead and scale a team of Account Executives focused on mid-market and early enterprise accounts across EMEA.
  • Coach the team to move beyond features and align solutions to meaningful business outcomes using frameworks like MEDDICC, Challenger, or SPIN.
  • Develop and execute regional territory plans to create a healthy pipeline and ensure sustained growth.
  • Drive the outbound sales motion, ensuring the majority of pipeline is built through proactive prospecting.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Development, and Partnerships to optimize every customer interaction.
  • Manage accurate forecasting and provide leadership with visibility into pipeline health and deal progress.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience, including building and leading high-performing AE teams.
  • Proven track record in solution/value-based selling within martech, CDP, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-country sales environments across EMEA.
  • Skilled in coaching teams on outbound pipeline generation and consultative discovery.
  • Data-driven operator capable of managing to targets and maintaining operational rigor.
  • Strong collaborative skills to build relationships across GTM, Product, and Customer Success.
