What you will do

• Lead and scale multi-regional accounting, revenue, payroll, and billing teams to support a global SaaS organization.
• Design and execute the accounting roadmap required for public company standards and IPO readiness.
• Manage internal controls, SOX compliance, and annual audits to meet future SEC reporting requirements.
• Oversee revenue accounting processes, including ASC 606 and complex contract reviews.
• Coordinate global tax structures, including transfer pricing, intercompany agreements, and VAT/GST compliance.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, and FP&A to support contract structuring and align actuals with strategic plans.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
• Prior experience at a public company or leading accounting through IPO preparation and execution.
• Deep expertise in revenue accounting for SaaS businesses and US GAAP.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams in environments with multiple currencies and international entities.
• Experience leading SOX implementation and operating in a public-company-ready control environment.
• Must be based in one of the 50 U.S. States.
