What you will do
- Own net-new outbound pipeline creation across enterprise accounts in North America.
- Target named accounts using cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach.
- Engage senior stakeholders (Director, VP, C-level) to uncover business pain and operational challenges.
- Develop account lists and outreach strategies for Retail, T&L, Manufacturing, and Healthcare verticals.
- Partner with the Sales team on account strategy and manage pipeline tracking in Salesforce.
- Consistently meet and exceed pipeline generation and closed-won sales targets.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience in B2B environments.
- Proven track record of generating pipeline through aggressive cold outreach.
- Demonstrated success in breaking into enterprise or mid-market accounts.
- Confidence in engaging and influencing senior decision-makers.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoominfo.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Mississauga, Canada office (Hybrid).
