What you will do
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn targeting independent jewelers and retailers.
- Research target accounts to identify key stakeholders and create tailored, non-generic outreach.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to educate prospects on how the platform saves time and cost.
- Qualify inbound leads efficiently and hand off high-quality discovery calls to Account Executives.
- Maintain clean and accurate pipeline hygiene within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with AEs and marketing to refine messaging and test new outreach sequences.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within high-velocity SMB SaaS or marketplace companies.
- Proven cold calling experience and high comfort level with daily outbound phone activity.
- Deep understanding of SMB sales motions, characterized by short cycles and high volume.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt pitches on the fly.
- Resilience and a data-driven mindset when handling rejection.
- Must be based in Utah, United States.
Nice to have
- Experience in the jewelry industry, luxury goods, or B2B e-commerce marketplaces.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM tools for pipeline management.
- Fluency in a second language.
