TL;DR

SDM Manager (Enterprise Sales): Leading a team of Strategic Development Managers to generate outbound pipeline for the Enterprise market with an accent on cold calling, email strategies, and performance coaching. Focus on building a high-performing SDR team, optimizing outbound processes, and driving revenue growth through strategic leadership.

Location: Remote within Canada (Ontario). Note: Hybrid schedule (1-2 days/week in office) is required if you reside within 40 miles of a Hub office.

Salary: $157,600 CAD (commission-eligible)

What you will do

  • Manage and lead a team of 8–12 SDMs focusing on objectives, sales development, and performance achievement.
  • Coach and develop future sales professionals through call coaching, skill development, and shadowing.
  • Implement and optimize outbound pipeline generation strategies via cold calls, emails, and direct mail.
  • Monitor lead processes and metrics to catalyze pipeline creation and evaluate new performance technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal sales stakeholders and report operational/financial KPIs to senior management.
  • Actively participate in the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada (Ontario).
  • Direct experience as an SDR/BDR and at least 12 months in a closing Account Executive (AE) role.
  • 1+ years of sales management or applicable team lead experience.
  • Proven track record in outbound-specific cold-calling and pipeline generation.
  • Technical proficiency with Salesforce.com is a must.
  • Strong analytical mindset and high emotional intelligence.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesloft, Gong, and associated sales tech stack solutions.
