What you will do

• Lead complex, large-scale technical programs through full lifecycle execution across multiple interdependent workstreams.
• Define scope, milestones, stage gates, delivery paths, roadmaps, budgets, priorities, and resource commitments.
• Manage cross-program dependencies, technical risks, mitigation plans, escalations, and change-management activities.
• Coordinate engineering delivery, testing, release governance, production readiness, incident response, and post-production stabilization.
• Establish scalable, measurable, and repeatable workflows while identifying automation opportunities and improving program execution.
• Align stakeholders, clarify strategy and responsibilities, and provide regular data-driven updates to program teams and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field plus 6 years of progressively responsible post-bachelor's experience; or a master's degree plus 4 years of experience.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs and coordinating global or multi-region initiatives.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and scaled delivery frameworks such as Program Increment planning and stage-gate models.
• Experience managing technical risks, cross-program dependencies, compliance initiatives, release governance, and production readiness.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud-native platforms, high-availability architectures, Azure, GCP, CI/CD, DevOps, APIs, service-oriented architecture, and microservices.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, portfolio tracking tools, observability platforms, and data-driven dashboards or executive reports using Power BI or equivalent tools.
