Senior Program Manager, Business Integration (Digital Assets)

Location: New York, United States; onsite at the NYC office at least 4 days per week

Salary: $240,000–$275,000 annual base salary, plus discretionary annual target bonus, performance incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end post-merger integration across People and Organization, Technology, Finance and Accounting, Legal and Compliance, cost synergies, and Communications and Branding.
• Modernize operations by identifying manual and redundant processes and driving automation, efficiency, and cross-platform synergies.
• Oversee enterprise system integrations across HRIS, ERP, cloud, and SaaS platforms, aligning workflows with legal entities, cost centers, business lines, and governance frameworks.
• Translate capacity analysis into resource allocation strategies and build human capital, budget, and infrastructure utilization models.
• Align staffing models with executive leaders across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Regulatory functions to support digital asset and tokenization pipelines.
• Manage executive governance, risk registers, dependencies, steering committees, workstream meetings, reporting, and escalation processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management or Management Consulting, including complex post-merger integrations, carve-outs, or enterprise-wide operational transformations.
• Understanding of capital markets infrastructure and corporate enterprise workflows, with a strong interest in digital assets, tokenized securities, and stablecoins.
• Experience converting capacity metrics, headcount data, and operational analytics into sustainable resource allocation plans.
• Strong emotional intelligence, professional maturity, decisive accountability, and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work onsite at the New York City office at least 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience leading large-scale operational modernization or enterprise-wide business integration programs.
• Experience directing change management programs aligned with financial systems or regulatory frameworks.
• PMP, Agile/Scrum, or M&A-related certification.
