Annual base salary: $175,000–$195,000

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Technical Program Managers delivering strategic engineering programs.
• Drive complex, cross-platform programs from planning through deployment across global business units and product teams.
• Manage risks, dependencies, priorities, and stakeholder alignment across multiple programs.
• Execute and refine the team vision, strategy, roadmap, and program management practices.
• Partner with executive leadership, business users, product managers, and cross-functional technical teams.
• Promote continuous improvement, accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in the software development industry.
• At least 2 years of people management experience, including management of Technical Program Managers or program leads.
• Experience leading complex, multi-team programs with cross-team dependencies from concept through deployment.
• Prior Scrum Master experience and knowledge of Agile practices, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and system architecture concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
