What you will do

• Develop pricing strategies, including packaging, price architecture, discount logic, and monetization guardrails.
• Create innovative commercial constructs to better serve customers.
• Partner with Product, GTM, and Finance leaders to align pricing with product value, roadmap, and growth plans.
• Provide strategic recommendations grounded in customer preferences and market dynamics.
• Establish pricing governance, including decision frameworks, approval processes, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a strategy role (e.g., consulting, bizops).
• 3+ years of expertise specifically in pricing and monetization.
• Proven track record of developing monetization strategies for both self-serve and sales-led motions.
• Deep familiarity with seat-based subscriptions and consumptive pricing models.
• Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders and navigate ambiguous decisions.
• Must be located in San Francisco.
