TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), fostering a culture of continuous feedback.
  • Define and maintain platform and product-level positioning and messaging frameworks.
  • Build the overarching platform narrative across all touchpoints, including the website, sales decks, and event keynotes.
  • Own the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) process, from launch strategy and tiering to external amplification.
  • Monitor product performance analytics to identify opportunities for pipeline growth and churn reduction.
  • Maintain deep market intelligence on the hospitality tech landscape and the impact of AI on the category.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with 2–3 years of experience managing a PMM team.
  • Deep expertise in pricing and packaging strategy within a B2B SaaS context with multi-product portfolios.
  • Proven track record of translating complex products into simple and compelling market positioning.
  • Analytical rigor in using data to build business cases and quantify customer ROI.
  • Strong communication skills and storytelling ability, capable of engaging both hotel GMs and C-suite executives.
  • Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement (3 days/week in office).

  • Background in B2B SaaS AI or hospitality technology.
  • Experience in vertically focused SaaS with complex, multi-segment buyer dynamics.
