Salary: $115,000 - $190,000 USD (United States residents)

What you will do
- Manage complex calendars, vet requests, prioritize meetings, and align with company norms.
- Handle inbound requests by framing issues, providing recommendations, and driving decisions.
- Strengthen leadership cadences including staff meetings, planning rhythms, and operating mechanisms.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and content for internal and external meetings.
- Track follow-ups, action items, and team progress across the Office of the CIO.
- Coordinate travel logistics, expenses, recruiting, onboarding, and team events using AI tools.
Requirements
- Experience supporting senior executives in fast-moving environments with judgment for priorities and sensitive matters.
- Proactive style to anticipate needs, manage ambiguity, and solve problems calmly.
- Strong skills in calendar, travel, and expense management with accuracy.
- Experience with technology or IT organizations and cross-functional operations.
- Executive communication to synthesize info and prepare recommendations.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Navan, and AI tools.
