TL;DR

Procurement/Facilities Analyst (Office Manager) (Fintech): Coordinating essential facilities operations and procurement duties with an accent on budget reconciliation, KPI reporting, and vendor management. Focus on maintaining the office environment, ensuring company-wide policy compliance, and optimizing facility spend.

Location: Hybrid: 4 days a week in the Addison, Texas office. Eligible candidates must NOT require sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do

  • Oversee office layout and the procurement of all necessary equipment and stationery.
  • Coordinate repairs and manage vendor relationships for cleaning, catering, and security services.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with office vendors, service providers, and lease holders.
  • Process Purchase Orders daily to ensure strict compliance with established procurement policies.
  • Analyze and track facility and IT spend across all locations against the yearly budget.
  • Compile and track KPIs for facilities, procurement, and IT, providing monthly reports to the VP.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Office Management or Facilities Management experience.
  • B.S. degree preferred or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft, Google, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work 4 days a week onsite in Addison, Texas.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.
