TL;DR

Business Development - Strategy Consultant (Partnerships Operations & Analytics Healthcare): Develops the operational backbone, analytical rigor, and partnership frameworks that enable Health to execute scalable, compliant, and high‑value agreements with an accent on partnership performance, deal development, and cross‑functional alignment. Focus on distilling complex business data into clear, actionable narratives and executive‑ready presentations.

Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in the closest office (ET/CT) within 50 miles. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Salary: $118,300.00 - $207,400.00 USD. This role is eligible for Bonus.

What you will do

  • Develop standardized processes, workflows, and governance tools for Health partnership and licensing activities.
  • Create Health partnership templates for business cases, partner evaluations, licensing term sheets, MoUs, pricing models, and executive business presentations.
  • Establish and maintain a library of partnership-related policy standards.
  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reporting structures, and KPIs to manage performance across partnership activities.
  • Analyze data to identify actionable insights and build financial models to support deal evaluation and forecasting.
  • Develop polished presentations that synthesize data, financial assumptions, and business context into clear narratives.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, licensing, business development, management consulting, analytics, or corporate strategy.
  • Strong financial modeling experience and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience translating business objectives into metrics, dashboards, templates, and structured tools.
  • Familiarity with licensing models for data, content, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (or similar data visualization tools) and familiarity with Salesforce and CRM analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree strongly preferred.
