TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii)

What you will do

  • Own supply planning, quotas, and forecasting across Provider Sales and Provider Success teams.
  • Translate financial targets into realistic, bottoms-up capacity plans.
  • Design and administer incentive compensation plans.
  • Build economic models to evaluate growth investments and headcount ROI.
  • Partner with Strategic Finance and GTM leadership on budget planning and forecasting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategic Finance, or similar planning roles.
  • Proven experience owning quota-setting or capacity planning frameworks.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience designing or administering incentive compensation plans.
  • Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).

Nice to have

  • Experience in marketplace businesses.
  • Familiarity with durable growth metrics such as activation, churn, and LTV.
  • Experience with GTM tools (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Vitally) and BI tools (Looker, Hex).
  • Experience building multi-scenario planning models.
