What you will do

• Define and own the vision for content platforms including CMS, headless CMS, DAM, and knowledge systems.
• Drive adoption of headless, composable, API-first architectures supporting personalization and accessibility.
• Lead a team of 20-30 engineers, set standards for reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Partner with AI/ML, platform, search, and personalization teams to enable end-to-end experiences.
• Enable AI-ready content with structured schemas and integrate with GenAI for search, recommendations, and conversational experiences.
• Establish governance, compliance, workflows, and accessibility standards across decentralized teams.

Requirements

• Must live within the US; no visa sponsorship or transfer.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Computer Science, Design, Business, etc.) and minimum 10 years progressive leadership in digital health, product development, or systems operations.
• Deep experience with headless CMS (Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Sanity).
• Expertise in content modeling, taxonomy, metadata, API-driven architectures, microservices, and cloud-native platforms.
• Experience integrating content systems with search, personalization, identity, analytics, and AI/LLM pipelines.
• Proven leadership of large cross-functional teams with platform-as-product mindset (roadmaps, OKRs, SLAs).

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MS, MBA, etc.).
• Familiarity with DAM, knowledge management, and content workflow automation.
• Experience championing reuse, composability, and cross-org alignment.
