What you will do

• Define and execute a company-wide AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the integration of AI capabilities into the product suite, evolving products into agentic, decision-capable systems.
• Manage and mentor high-performing AI/ML engineering teams and oversee the full solution lifecycle from design to optimization.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and security teams to ensure AI governance and responsible usage.
• Drive AI adoption across all internal departments to increase business value and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with large enterprise aviation customers and OEMs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Engineering leadership experience with a strong track record of implementing AI/ML initiatives.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning.
• Experience scaling AI-enabled products in production environments and strong understanding of MLOps.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Aviation industry experience or strong domain knowledge.

Nice to have

• Experience building aviation maintenance software solutions.
• Experience designing agentic systems or autonomous workflows.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect AI initiatives to measurable outcomes.
