Salary: $75,000 – $100,000/year + bonus

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end production of direct response video content built specifically for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
• Develop platform-native content from the ground up, avoiding repurposed ads.
• Collaborate with the creative team on ideation, storyboarding, and conceptual development.
• Iterate on creative assets using performance data to optimize conversion and engagement.
• Shoot and direct content, taking projects from the initial brief to final delivery.
• Identify and implement emerging content formats and trends to expand reach to new demographics.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience producing social-first video content with a strong portfolio.
• Deep expertise in TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube platform dynamics and audience behavior.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and mobile-first editing tools.
• Strong storytelling ability focused on entertaining and converting audiences.
• Ability to work on-site in New York, Washington D.C., San Francisco, or Detroit.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with direct response principles and how creative decisions impact conversion.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Track record of growing or managing a brand's organic social presence.
