Shortform Creative (Content Creation): Developing and producing high-performance short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts with an accent on conceptualization, scriptwriting, and on-set direction. Focus on translating performance data into viral formats and bridging the gap between creative briefs and final execution.

Location: Onsite in Greenville, North Carolina. Relocation assistance provided, including travel and company-provided housing for the first 90 days.

What you will do

• Generate native video concepts tailored specifically for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Write punchy creative briefs covering the hook, structure, arc, and ending.
• Collaborate daily with platform leads to align on creative direction, formats, and priorities.
• Act as Assistant Director on set to ensure the final content matches the creative brief and platform requirements.
• Scout and evaluate shoot locations to identify environments that elevate the visual quality of the content.
• Analyze performance data across platforms to iterate and make sharper, data-informed creative decisions.

Requirements

• Proven on-set experience with a strong understanding of production rhythms and operating under pressure.
• Experience working within creator-led production environments.
• Deep fluency in TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts trends and platform-specific nuances.
• Ability to write tight, structure-focused creative briefs without fluff.
• A track record of producing short-form content that has achieved significant performance.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with producers, platform leads, and creative directors under compressed timelines.

Nice to have

• Experience assistant directing on short-form or branded content shoots.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, or CapCut for mockups and quick edits.
