Focus on creating scroll-stopping content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, managing the end-to-end production pipeline, and representing the brands as the face of the content.

Location: Tempe, AZ. Must be based in the United States (Hybrid/Remote opportunities available for certain roles across US hubs in Arizona, California, and Texas).

What you will do

• Act as the face of the brand, hosting explainers, reacting to trends, and appearing regularly in content for both hirify.global and Freedom Debt Relief.
• Shoot and produce original short-form vertical video content end-to-end, owning the camera, lighting, audio, and setup.
• Edit high-performing content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts using Premiere, Final Cut, and CapCut, focusing on hooks and pacing.
• Collaborate with the Head of Social to build monthly content plans and maintain a UGC-style video asset library.
• Direct employees and external creators to capture natural on-camera performances.
• Iterate on content variations based on performance metrics such as retention, completion, saves, and shares.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience producing short-form video for brands, agencies, or creators.
• A portfolio of personally shot and edited short-form video work is required.
• Proficiency in professional editing software (Premiere or Final Cut) and mobile editors (CapCut, Kapwing, or Filmora).
• Strong technical skills in camera operation, scene lighting, and clean audio capture.
• Proven on-camera presence and experience hosting brand content regularly.
• Ability to adapt and shift between two distinct brand voices without flattening either.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, insurance, or legal.
• Motion graphics skills using Adobe After Effects.
• Experience producing recurring episodic series.
