Salary: $110,000 – $160,000

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end YouTube production cycle, including pre-production, shooting, editing, and publishing long-form videos.
• Develop a short-form video pipeline for Reels, TikToks, and Shorts, including writing hooks and captions.
• Ghostwrite and edit high-impact written content for X, LinkedIn, and newsletters in the co-founder's specific voice.
• Handle all production logistics, including guest booking, calendar management, and gear coordination.
• Research and integrate frontier AI tools to build an AI-native content stack that maximizes operator leverage.
• Establish production rhythms, dashboards, and review processes to optimize content output and performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience producing and editing content for creators, founders, or media brands.
• Strong portfolio of long-form and short-form video work from raw footage to finished product.
• Proven ability to ghostwrite in a specific personal brand voice for public figures.
• Operational discipline in managing production calendars and logistics without sacrificing quality.
• Deep proficiency with frontier AI tools and a clear point of view on AI-native content workflows.
• Must be based in New York City for on-site collaboration.
