What you will do

  • Pitch, film, edit, and publish high-quality short-form content for TikTok and Instagram.
  • Turn daily deals into scroll-stopping videos to drive user conversions.
  • Develop and test creative variations of hooks, scripts, and thumbnails.
  • Monitor content performance data to iterate and improve strategies weekly.
  • Manage social media accounts by responding to comments and DMs.
  • Collaborate on creating visual assets like stories and carousels.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US with native-level English communication skills.
  • 1+ years of proven experience in social media content creation.
  • Proficiency in video and photo editing tools like CapCut or Canva.
  • Ability to appear on camera for diverse video formats.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Passion for shopping and deal-hunting communities.

Nice to have

  • Experience growing social media accounts to 10k+ followers.
  • Track record of driving measurable clicks, installs, or sign-ups.
  • Ability to create repeatable series formats and batch-shoot content.
  • Background in producing natural, UGC-style content.
