Junior Content Creator (Marketing): Creating and managing short-form video content for a community-driven shopping platform with an accent on TikTok and Instagram engagement. Focus on filming, editing, and optimizing high-converting creative assets to drive user discovery and platform growth.
Location: Must be based in the US. Remote/Hybrid.

What you will do
- Pitch, film, edit, and publish high-quality short-form content for TikTok and Instagram.
- Turn daily deals into scroll-stopping videos to drive user conversions.
- Develop and test creative variations of hooks, scripts, and thumbnails.
- Monitor content performance data to iterate and improve strategies weekly.
- Manage social media accounts by responding to comments and DMs.
- Collaborate on creating visual assets like stories and carousels.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US with native-level English communication skills.
- 1+ years of proven experience in social media content creation.
- Proficiency in video and photo editing tools like CapCut or Canva.
- Ability to appear on camera for diverse video formats.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Passion for shopping and deal-hunting communities.
Nice to have
- Experience growing social media accounts to 10k+ followers.
- Track record of driving measurable clicks, installs, or sign-ups.
- Ability to create repeatable series formats and batch-shoot content.
- Background in producing natural, UGC-style content.
