What you will do

• Concept, shoot, edit, and publish platform-native content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
• Manage the day-to-day social content calendar, balancing planned campaigns with reactive cultural moments.
• Translate dating truths and internet trends into engaging content designed to drive conversation and sharing.
• Develop scalable content series and repeatable formats to strengthen brand voice and increase engagement.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Partnerships teams to execute culturally relevant campaign launches.
• Brief and direct external creators and talent partners to scale creative output.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience creating social content for brands, media companies, or as an independent creator.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first storytelling and short-form video expertise.
• Proficiency in shooting and editing using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Proven experience managing content calendars and using performance insights to guide creative recommendations.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA.
