What you will do

• Review and post payments received through various channels and accurately apply them to open balances.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, such as duplicate payments, overpayments, and incorrect allocations.
• Communicate directly with customers and internal team members to assist with inquiries.
• Perform office administrative duties, including handling incoming and outgoing mail.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to handle numbers accurately, reconcile differences, and review financial data.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in an office or accounting environment is preferred.
