Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 a year

What you will do
- Administer contracts and project setup by reviewing authorizations and amendments to extract key financial terms.
- Ensure new projects and updates are entered accurately in Vantagepoint to reduce rework and billing delays.
- Support billing accuracy by validating project setup and contract data against invoicing requirements.
- Maintain centralized project documentation to support audits, reviews, and project closeout.
- Contribute to process improvements by documenting procedures and refining standards.
- Coordinate with Finance and Project Managers to clarify contract requirements and support reporting needs.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, project accounting, or contract administration.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Solid understanding of project-based accounting and billing concepts.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar ERP/project accounting systems.
- Experience supporting architecture, engineering, or consulting professional services environments.
