TL;DR
IT Support Analyst (Fintech): Providing end-to-end technical support and leading onboarding initiatives for local and remote users with an accent on identity and mobile device management. Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX). Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

What you will do
- Resolve complex technical issues for local and remote users independently.
- Lead IT onboarding and setup for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Manage identity and mobile device management systems including Active Directory, Okta, Jamf, and Intune.
- Maintain and improve asset tracking, documentation, and support standards.
- Execute file archival and data migrations while adhering to SOX and security compliance requirements.
- Participate in a rotating on-call support schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with minimum 5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in supporting both Windows and MacOS workstations.
- Experience with Office 365 administrative tasks and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of IT ticketing systems (e.g., Remedy, ServiceNow, Salesforce).
- Fluent written and oral communication in English.
- Valid US work authorization (sponsorship is not available).
