TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Tempe, US (In-office 5 days a week with limited hybrid flexibility)

What you will do
- Provide high-quality technical support for end-users with strict SLAs.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including SaaS applications, office networks (Cisco Meraki), and security protocols.
- Administer platforms such as Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, Intune, Zscaler, and CrowdStrike.
- Design and support audiovisual (AV) systems for company-wide and executive events.
- Onboard/offboard employees and contractors and manage IT asset inventory.
- Lead IT and AV projects from planning through implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Support Specialist supporting macOS and Windows.
- Proficiency in helpdesk software such as Jira Service Manager, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Intune, and Apple Jamf.
- Experience with AV equipment and multimedia content tools.
- Must be located in Tempe, US.
