Salary: OTE $255,000–$300,000

is developing a PostgreSQL-compatible distributed database designed for cloud-native applications, focusing on resilience, scalability, and flexibility.
What you will do
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs), SIs, and other strategic partners.
- Drive pipeline growth through partner-led engagement models and orchestration.
- Shape and qualify enterprise opportunities to ensure they meet Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) criteria before transitioning to Account Executives.
- Coordinate with partners and Sales Engineering teams to develop account plans and solution positioning to maintain deal momentum.
- Expand existing customer relationships and identify new use cases through partner engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working within the U.S. partner ecosystem.
- Proven experience collaborating with GSIs, SIs, or strategic partners in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of multi-stakeholder deal cycles and enterprise sales processes.
- Ability to build structured account plans and drive execution across multiple teams.
- Valid U.S. work authorization required (Note: No sponsorship for new H-1B visa petitions).
Nice to have
- Experience in data infrastructure, databases, or enterprise software environments.
- Familiarity with co-selling models and partner-led sales motions.
- Background in managing complex, multi-party enterprise deals.
