What you will do
- Manage inbound calls to resolve routine and new issues for patients, doctors, and insurers
- Provide patient care to support pharma programs and triage cases to appropriate teams
- Document all call information and data discovery according to operating procedures
- Utilize Knowledge Base materials as a foundation for resolving inquiries
- Collaborate with management to share feedback for improving product and processes
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Cantonese, Korean, or Vietnamese
- Strong command of the English language
- Customer service or inbound call center experience
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred)
- Availability for rotating shifts, including Saturdays
