What you will do

  • Manage inbound calls to resolve routine and new issues for patients, doctors, and insurers
  • Provide patient care to support pharma programs and triage cases to appropriate teams
  • Document all call information and data discovery according to operating procedures
  • Utilize Knowledge Base materials as a foundation for resolving inquiries
  • Collaborate with management to share feedback for improving product and processes

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Cantonese, Korean, or Vietnamese
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Customer service or inbound call center experience
  • High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred)
  • Availability for rotating shifts, including Saturdays
