Bilingual Spanish Customer Support Specialist (Customer Service)

Location: Remote, but must be a US resident living within 45–60 minutes of the 701 hirify.global Parkway office in Allen, Texas

Salary: $30,567–$49,993 annually

What you will do

• Handle inbound calls about credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings.
• Advocate for solutions that help consumers improve their creditworthiness.
• Explain credit bureau processes and educate consumers on requesting corrections.
• Assess customer requests, provide support, or route them to the appropriate functional area.
• Handle escalated customer issues and report to a Customer Care Supervisor.

Requirements

• US residency and proximity to the Allen, Texas office are required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are required.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to interpret and respond to customer requests with empathy.
• Comfort using a computer and ability to pass criminal background, employment, education, and credit checks, as well as a drug screen.
