What you will do

• Set up and operate lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC machines to produce precision parts.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to plan machining operations.
• Perform comprehensive machining processes including turning, drilling, milling, boring, tapping, and grinding.
• Select appropriate tooling and set machine speeds and feeds for optimal production.
• Ensure strict quality and dimensional accuracy throughout the production cycle.
• Maintain safety standards and perform basic machine maintenance to support workflow.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional machining experience (Level II).
• Ability to work either 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 2:30 PM) or 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 12:30 AM).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Spanish Fork, UT.
