What you will do

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes using existing programs.
• Handle loading and unloading of parts, fixtures, tooling, and materials.
• Conduct basic in-process inspections using calipers, gauges, and hand tools.
• Maintain work area cleanliness and adhere to strict PPE and safety rules.
• Follow published cycle times, setup sheets, and standard work instructions.
• Document part tracking and report machine faults or tool wear to supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in machining.
• Ability to read basic prints and perform precision work.
• Familiarity with basic tooling and shop safety protocols.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (verification via E-Verify required).
