What you will do

• Operate specialty machinery and equipment to fabricate and assemble products according to quality standards.
• Calculate and derive dimensional information from various types of technical drawings.
• Perform SPC/quality checks using measurement tools such as calipers and gauges.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with 5S and department safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to solve production problems and seek continuous improvement.
• Undergo cross-training to perform multiple roles across different department work stations.

Requirements

• High school diploma (GED) or equivalent work experience demonstrating competency.
• Proven experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Competence in basic math (counting, adding, subtracting) and ability to use measuring tools.
• Ability to read and interpret written and verbal instructions in English.
• Physical capacity to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Advanced math skills related to Geometric Dimensional Tolerances (GDT).
