What you will do

• Operate CNC mills and lathes using released programs and work instructions.
• Load and unload parts, fixtures, and materials into machines.
• Perform basic in-process inspections using hand tools like calipers and gauges.
• Monitor machine operation, cycle times, and report machine faults or tool wear.
• Maintain clean, FOD-free work areas and follow all safety and quality requirements.
• Accurately complete production documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow strict work instructions and safety procedures.
• Must be eligible to work in the US and pass E-Verify identification.
