Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Nashua, NH or Brooklyn Park, MN. Due to ITAR regulations, this role is only open to U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents (green card holders), refugees, or asylees.

Salary: $26.15 - $34.86 per hour

What you will do

• Analyze customer 3D CAD models using proprietary software to create quotes and toolpaths.
• Develop Quality Control checks for manufacturing use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that prevent auto-quoting within internal software.
• Collaborate with customers and internal resources to answer technical inquiries regarding materials and CNC processes.
• Provide technical assistance to machine operators and help troubleshoot part creation.
• Ensure compliance with all company quality, safety, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Experience with CAD/CAM software packages.
• Ability to learn and master advanced proprietary graphical analysis software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident (green card holder) per ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a similar field.
• Hands-on experience with CNC operated machines.
• Experience with Haas machine tools.
