Salary: $109,405 — $138,580 per year plus bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical authority for 2nd-shift manufacturing operations, supporting production equipment and cleanroom processes.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, optical, and control-related issues impacting yield and quality.
• Lead structured root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for equipment failures.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including process development and early production builds.
• Execute Engineering Change Masters (ECMs) via SAP and perform Non-Conforming Material (NCM) disposition.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for tooling and manufacturing environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or Software preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting complex electro-mechanical equipment.
• Experience working in cleanroom environments is required.
• Proficiency in interpreting electrical and pneumatic schematics, mechanical drawings, and BOMs.
• Experience with SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD for modeling and technical support.
• Knowledge of SPC and process control methodologies.

Nice to have

• Previous experience specifically with semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency with MRP systems, specifically SAP.
