Location: Onsite in San Jose, CA, USA. Required to work 2nd shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
Salary: $109,405 — $138,580 per year plus bonus.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical authority for 2nd-shift manufacturing operations, supporting production equipment and cleanroom processes.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, optical, and control-related issues impacting yield and quality.
- Lead structured root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for equipment failures.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including process development and early production builds.
- Execute Engineering Change Masters (ECMs) via SAP and perform Non-Conforming Material (NCM) disposition.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for tooling and manufacturing environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or Software preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting complex electro-mechanical equipment.
- Experience working in cleanroom environments is required.
- Proficiency in interpreting electrical and pneumatic schematics, mechanical drawings, and BOMs.
- Experience with SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD for modeling and technical support.
- Knowledge of SPC and process control methodologies.
Nice to have
- Previous experience specifically with semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Proficiency with MRP systems, specifically SAP.
