What you will do

• Perform in-process inspections of parts, assemblies, and materials at defined manufacturing stages.
• Verify product conformance to drawings, specifications, control plans, and work instructions.
• Use measurement equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and visual aids.
• Record inspection results accurately in reports, SPC charts, or electronic quality systems.
• Identify, document, and escalate nonconforming material and support containment actions.
• Assist with root cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in manufacturing quality or inspection.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications.
• Basic understanding of statistical process control (SPC).
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Excel, ERP/MES).
• Must be able to work onsite in Horsham, PA.

Nice to have

• Technical certification in Manufacturing, Quality, or Engineering Technology.
• Experience in regulated or high-precision manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, or similar quality standards.
