Salary: $102,400.00 - $153,600.00 USD

What you will do

• Determine manufacturing requirements to specify equipment, fixturing, and process parameters.
• Develop and execute plans for equipment qualification and process validation to ensure repeatability and stability.
• Optimize manufacturing methods and reduce costs using Lean 6 Sigma methodology.
• Provide technical engineering support and troubleshooting for production floor operations.
• Design and implement efficient process layouts and staffing levels based on Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Generate all necessary documentation for manufacturing protocols, instructions, and GMP compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree with 4+ years of experience, Master's with 2+ years, or PhD.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization (Sponsorship is only available for Principal-level roles and above).
• Experience in process validation and equipment qualification.
• Knowledge of GMPs and internal protocol compliance.
• Ability to work onsite in Danvers, MA.

Nice to have

• New Product Development (NPD) experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification.
• Experience with Injection Molding and Plastics.
• Proficiency in DMAIC and advanced problem-solving skills.
• Prior tactical or technical leadership experience.
