What you will do

• Own executive relationships and align full-funnel Search plans to client P&L and business goals.
• Orchestrate automation and platform strategies, including value-based bidding and Performance Max across account portfolios.
• Institutionalize hypothesis-driven planning and manage test roadmaps with rigorous data governance.
• Integrate Search efforts with other channels such as Social, Commerce, and Creative into executive-ready narratives.
• Manage the financial health of your team and channels, focusing on margin, utilization, and forecast accuracy.
• Build and lead a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 10+ years of experience in Paid Search/Shopping with proven results at scale (>$1M monthly spend).
• 3+ years of direct people management experience, including leading other managers and senior ICs.
• Expertise in Google/Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center, SA360/Skai, and GA4.
• Strong financial acumen regarding margin and capacity management.
• Ability to synthesize MMM/Incrementality and platform signals into concise storytelling for senior clients.
