What you will do

  • Act as the primary HR partner for global business units and senior leaders to translate business objectives into people strategies.
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and team effectiveness initiatives.
  • Drive performance management cycles, including goal-setting, calibration, and development planning.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters and champion company culture across a distributed workforce.
  • Partner on the rollout of core people programs, HRIS implementation, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on strategic hiring, role scoping, and leveling.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a strategic HRBP role.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders in high-growth technology or SaaS environments.
  • Strong command of US employment law and multi-state compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations matters independently.
  • Proficiency in using people data and analytics to drive informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or workforce analytics industries.
  • Exposure to cross-border HR nuances in EMEA and LATAM regions.
  • Background in Total Rewards or compensation benchmarking management.
  • Experience supporting companies through rapid growth or organizational transformation.
