What you will do
- Act as the primary HR partner for global business units and senior leaders to translate business objectives into people strategies.
- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and team effectiveness initiatives.
- Drive performance management cycles, including goal-setting, calibration, and development planning.
- Manage complex employee relations matters and champion company culture across a distributed workforce.
- Partner on the rollout of core people programs, HRIS implementation, and compensation benchmarking.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on strategic hiring, role scoping, and leveling.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders in high-growth technology or SaaS environments.
- Strong command of US employment law and multi-state compliance.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations matters independently.
- Proficiency in using people data and analytics to drive informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or workforce analytics industries.
- Exposure to cross-border HR nuances in EMEA and LATAM regions.
- Background in Total Rewards or compensation benchmarking management.
- Experience supporting companies through rapid growth or organizational transformation.
