Location: Remote within the US and Canada

Salary: $137,000 – $185,000 USD (USA) / $113,000 – $164,000 CAD (Canada)

What you will do

  • Partner with business units to drive strategic HR initiatives and optimize performance management and career planning.
  • Leverage employee feedback and HRM data to implement actionable solutions that enhance engagement and organizational health.
  • Empower executives and leaders to develop and execute organizational strategies, fostering a confident leadership team.
  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (HROps, Total Rewards, TA) to design and implement global employee programs.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR and Data teams to inform business recommendations.
  • Manage employee relations situations while ensuring compliance with US and Canadian practices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a fast-growing SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven experience supporting Tech and Product focused teams.
  • Strong knowledge of professional HR processes, trends, and compliance practices in the US and Canada.
  • Must be based in the US or Canada.
  • Proficiency with HRM tools such as UKG, CultureAmp, Ashby, and Charthop.
  • Ability to adapt communication style for difficult conversations and operate effectively in a remote-first, Slack-heavy environment.

  • International HR experience.
  • Openness to leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and data-informed decision making.
