TL;DR
Senior People Partner (HRBP): Own people strategy for one or two departments (~250 people) with an accent on organizational design, talent management, and strategic workforce planning. Focus on forging partnerships with leaders, guiding performance management, employee relations, and leading global people initiatives like annual reviews and leadership programs.
Location: Based in Paris office with one remote working day per week

What you will do
- Partner with department leaders as trusted advisor on scaling, organizational design, and talent management
- Lead learning & development projects like Global Leadership & Management Program
- Conduct strategic projects on career paths, development, benchmarks, compensation, and benefits
- Guide headcount planning, organizational structuring, and talent fulfillment with leadership and Finance
- Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, and complex people matters
- Collaborate on global People initiatives including performance reviews, compensation, and feedback surveys
Requirements
- 6-8 years in strategic HR Business Partner role with track record in influencing managers
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments designing and leading complex people programs
- Ownership of performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning
- Strategic thinking, business acumen, communication, project and change management skills
- Fluent French (native level)
- Advanced English (C1 level)
