What you will do

• Set and lead the enterprise e-commerce strategy to drive profitable growth across all online channels.
• Own online business performance and core digital KPIs, including conversion, sales, average order value, and margin.
• Lead digital merchandising and onsite assortment presentation with necessary localization by market.
• Drive onsite performance improvements across navigation, search, personalization, and checkout in partnership with UX/UI and SEO owners.
• Define and deliver the e-commerce roadmap, partnering with Product and Technology to prioritize platform enhancements.
• Build and lead a high-performing global team with clear accountability and strong cross-functional ways of working.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, retail, or omnichannel leadership roles.
• Proven success leading and scaling a significant e-commerce business across multiple international markets.
• Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of digital KPIs and customer behavior.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across geographies in a matrixed organization.
• Must be based in Stamford, CT.
