Sales Executive - Fixed Income (Fintech)

Salary: £85,000 base + £85,000 OTE (uncapped)

What you will do

• Drive sales of a real-time global bond market data platform to institutional investors and banks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across fixed income desks at banks and asset managers.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of institutional opportunities in Southern Europe.
• Execute a regional sales strategy aligned with ambitious growth targets.
• Represent the business at key fixed income events and client meetings.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and Italian.
• Strong understanding of fixed income markets, including credit, rates, and bonds.
• Professional experience in fintech, financial data, or capital markets sales.
• Ability to effectively engage senior stakeholders across buy-side and sell-side institutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be based in London (Hybrid working model).
