Salary: $135,540 – $155,000

What you will do

  • Promote and sell CARE hospital products to targeted customers to meet quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Conduct clinical discussions and in-services with physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
  • Navigate the hospital formulary process to ensure product access and adoption.
  • Develop and implement territory business plans aligned with regional and national objectives.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with medical centers and local advocates.
  • Manage territory budgets and provide detailed sales reports to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year accredited university.
  • Two years of pharmaceutical industry sales experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
  • Proficiency in presenting scientific data using clinical reprints and technical tools.
  • Thorough knowledge of healthcare regulations and hospital credentialing processes.
  • Ability to pass a drug test (including marijuana) for hospital access.
